An ePortfolio provides a rich resource to develop digital skill to create connection between disparate parts of curriculum, gain insights leading to improvement in assignments.
My learning experience through this course is really different from all other online courses that I have taken till now. It changes my perspective toward teaching. Simple lecture delivery in F2F classroom and completing text book material as per the instructions of University and Board seem outdated practices. Here I learnt how to build a learning community and how to keep learners fully engaged with the content and collaborate with their group members. I understood that online Teacher facilitates genuine learners’ interaction.  Participating in this course really opened my eyes as I came to know how to align assessments according to the course content defining goals and objectives.
I am all set to create online course for my students though I still more training in designing a successful course and I am hopeful to get full institutional support. I am really grateful to Minnesota University and our instructor: Marlene Johnshoy for all support.
