Online courses have become an incredibly popular way for students and employees to advance their education or professional development. Teaching an online course requires different methods from the traditional classroom, so it’s important that teachers adapt or develop their skills to the online learning environment, to make their materials effective and engaging for learners. 
despite the overwhelming number of advantages to choosing an option in online learning, there are challenges of online learning that still remain to be faced by the potential student. 
1: online course is a bit boring for the students , though there is interaction among the unseen group members but some videos and podcast should be included to bring some fun in the course.
2: students encounter technical difficulties which are main stumbling block of online course.
3: students do not have time The e-learning format offers students great flexibility: they can take the courses when and where they like, at their own pace and with no physical limitations. However, so much flexibility often results in inaction. Time passes and the student still hasn’t accessed the training platform or completed the course. They have so much time and flexibility…that they can never actually find time to do it.
